6 Week Restore Your Core Virtual Series

Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body method to retrain the deep core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive in our everyday lives. 

  • Gain core strength and confidence

  • Help diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

  • Reduce leakage (incontinence)

  • Improve prolapse symptoms

  • Decrease back pain

  • Reconnect to your core and pelvic floor postpartum

Join me in my 6 week online (zoom) movement class series to uncover everyday compensations and create new movement patterns. 

6 Fridays starting May 31, 2024 from 9-10:00 am (EST) on Zoom for $210 ($35/class)! You also receive a recording of class for 1 week to practice, 3-4 individual short exercises to practice throughout the week, and access to a pelvic floor therapist (me!) for questions.
